Hi, I’m Angie.
I’m a Certified Massage Therapist through CAMTC with training in lymphatic massage through classroom study, hands-on instruction, and additional education on the lymphatic system.
I provide one-on-one lymphatic wellness and post-surgical care. Every session begins with time to understand your goals, comfort, and individual needs.

What happens at my first visit?
We’ll talk through your goals and comfort before your massage, with time for questions afterward. Undress to your comfort level; professional draping and disposable undergarments are available.
Do I need to be post-surgical?
No. The Reset is a wellness session and does not require you to be post-surgical.
What does lymphatic massage help with?
Lymphatic massage uses gentle, targeted techniques to support lymphatic flow and encourage the movement of retained fluid.
How can lymphatic massage support areas of fibrosis?
Sessions may include techniques focused on areas of firmness or tightness associated with fibrosis. Care is personalized based on your stage of recovery and individual needs, and results can vary from person to person.
When can I begin after surgery?
Timing depends on your procedure and healing. Follow your surgeon’s instructions and provide any required clearance before your first session.
