Before your visit

How to prepare

Come hydrated and have a light meal 1–2 hours before your session.

Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours before your session.

If you’ve recently had surgery, please share any important details about your procedure before your session.

Starting after surgery

When to begin depends on your procedure and healing. Follow your surgeon’s guidance and bring their instructions and any required clearance. New or unexplained swelling or lumps should be assessed by your surgeon before massage.

Your first visit includes an assessment of your procedure, healing, and goals, plus optional progress photos for private tracking. These happen before your 60-minute massage, so please allow extra time.

Comfort and draping

Undress to your comfort level. Disposable undergarments are available, and professional draping is used throughout your session.

Only the area being worked on is uncovered and it is covered again before moving to another area. Comfort is checked throughout the session.
